OF A BEAUTIFUL ERA
The house was built in the mid-seventeenth century and has the typical structure of Lima's Casonas: hallway, courtyards, atrium, chamber and an oratory, .
One of the architectural beauties is the stone porch of the entrance that had “praise the most holy” and was part of a church in Panama that collapsed in an earthquake in the nineteenth century.
Also noteworthy are its imposing neoclassical wooden columns, located in the main courtyard. These were installed in remodeling in the 19th century.
